Some councils north of the border are refusing to accept the Scottish Government’s draft finance settlement before the deadline.

Some councils north of the border are refusing to accept the Scottish Government's draft finance settlement before the deadline.

Scottish finance and cabinet secretary, Derek Mackay, has warned a ‘less favourable settlement will be imposed' on any councils that did not accept the deal.
