Scottish referendum 'biased' towards 'Yes' vote

The Commons' Scottish Affairs Committee says the Scottish Government's wording for the independance referendum is biased.

The Scottish Government's proposed wording for the independence referendum is 'biased' towards a yes vote, the Commons' Scottish Affairs Committee has claimed.

It is expected that the SNP administration in Holyrood will ask voters in 2014: 'Do you agree that Scotland should become an independent country?'
