The Scottish Secretary has said he would back the idea of further devolution in England.

The Scottish Secretary has said he would back the idea of further devolution in England.

Speaking over the weekend to BBC Radio 5 Live, Alistair Carmichael said there needed to be a debate on whether England was governed by an English parliament or a series of regional assemblies.
