Scrapped committee will save council £45k/year

Redbridge LBC has scrapped its regional planning committees and delegated future decisions to officers.

Redbridge LBC has scrapped its regional planning committees and delegated future decisions to officers.

The London borough's cabinet member for planning, Cllr Helen Coomb, said the move would save the council around £45,000 a year.
