Red see gulls take flight

At last our nation's leaders are fighting back against the violent hoards on our streets swarming on town centres, attacking people, fouling and vomiting on cars, pavements, even roofs, and generally causing a noisy nuisance. No, Diary is not talking about the minimum price for alcohol. Diary is talking about one council's fight-back against seagulls, the filthy-winged blighters (Careful now – Ed).
