Local government reorganisation could lead to a sector brain drain, senior figures have warned.

President of the Public Services People Managers' Association, Pam Parkes, called for Whitehall to ‘co-ordinate with the sector to ensure there is orderly management and deployment of our existing talent, which may be displaced as a result of local government reform'.
