Charities have welcomed the Government's announcement of a £30m local infrastructure fund, outlined in the new White Paper on giving.

The fund will support frontline third sector groups across the country modernise and develop their services, and is one of a number of measures in the White Paper to support prime minister David Cameron's Big Society agenda.
