London boroughs are joining forces with Transport for London (TfL) and launching a crackdown next month on motorists fraudulently using blue badges for disabled parking.

London Councils and TfL have developed a special database listing all blue badges reported lost or stolen across the capital, and parking attendants will be issuing cheats with tickets or having their vehicles towed away.
