 Our Service Director for Children's Social Care and
Safeguarding will cover the core children's social care services
as well as our stronger families and early help initiatives.
Although we are under no illusions about the challenges we
face, we are improving and investing in all our services for
children and young people. That is why we need candidates
who are experienced social workers with a strong track record of
leadership and management and with a real focus on the
needs of vulnerable children and young people.
