Service Manager Mental Health, Hillingdon

This is a new service manager post to ensure that the Council meets its responsibilities in relation to residents with mental health needs. As the key interface with Central North West London Trust Directors, the post holder will ensure that the Section 75 partnership with the Trust works effectively and that social care values are refl ected in the integrated arrangements.

Adult Social Care in Hillingdon is undergoing real transformation. Our innovative and unique approaches have led to many other organisations following Hillingdon's lead by developing services based on our models.

If this challenging agenda of transformation is to be accelerated, we require the right leadership and management capacity. These two leadership positions are fundamental to our success.
