Middlesbrough BC is bringing a number of services back in-house from Mouchel, as it enters a ‘new phase' of strategic partnership with the contractor.

The local authority's back-office partnership with Mouchel has been running for 15 years, but the council announced plans last October to bring some services back in-house as it deals with public sector cutbacks.
