Establishing Child Friendly Warwickshire in 2021 coincided with fundamental change to revolutionise our children and families service to embed an innovative approach to practice centred around family strengths and relationships.

The initiative underpins the council's ambition to work with individuals, organisations and communities to create a county where children are safe, skilled, heard, healthy and happy.
