Housing minister Grant Shapps has condemned profit-share arrangements between councils and favoured property contractors.

Housing minister Grant Shapps has condemned profit-share arrangements between councils and favoured property contractors.

Research by Channel 4 has found that some authorities in England and Wales have entered into deals whereby profits from property contractors re-enter council accounts.
