Shapps is just a 'kid' says Tory forum chairman

The Chairman of the Conservative Property Forum has described Grant Shapps as a 'kid'.

The chairman of the Conservative Property Forum has described Grant Shapps as a 'kid' who does not understand how councils work.

Mike Slade, who is also the chief executive of property development firm Helical Bar, is quoted in the Daily Telegraph this morning as saying that government ministers 'know nothing'.
