Shapps launches housing schemes to boost market

The Government will today launch two schemes to designed to kick-start the housing market and encourage economic growth.

The Government will today launch two schemes to designed to kick-start the housing market and encourage economic growth.

Housing minister, Grant Shapps, will initiate the NewBuy Guarantee, which will enable people to buy a new home with a 5% deposit.
