Shared services have saved councils almost £500m

New research by the Local Government Association (LGA) has revealed councils have saved almost £500m by sharing services since 2012.

New research by the Local Government Association (LGA) has revealed councils have saved almost £500m by sharing services since 2012.

According to a new shared services map, which was published by the LGA today, councils have made £462m of savings since 2012.
