It's fair to say the Office for Local Government (Oflog) has had a bit of a bumpy ride recently.

The sector was somewhat annoyed by a recent story in The Times that produced council league tables based on Oflog data, with chair of the Local Government Association Shaun Davies calling it a ‘fundamentally flawed' approach.
