Simons to leave Oxfordshire

Oxfordshire CC chief executive Joanna Simons has announced she will be standing down at the end of June and will not be replaced as part of a local authority-wide restructuring programme.

Oxfordshire CC chief executive Joanna Simons has announced she will be standing down at the end of June and will not be replaced as part of a local authority-wide restructuring programme.

In a statement, the council said it would be ‘moving to a more distributed model of leadership' with devolved decision-making.
