Hampshire CC and Kent CC have advanced plans to create a single broadband network linking the entire public sector, through the completion of a vital pilot project.

Working with network providers Virgin Media Business and Global Crossing and the pan-government Public Services Network (PSN) team, the authorities have delivered proof of concept by launching a process compliant system.
