Sir Merrick to chair Crossrail 2

Boris Johnson has appointed former Local Government Association chairman Sir Merrick Cockell as the chair of the Crossrail 2 Growth Commission.

Boris Johnson has appointed former Local Government Association chairman Sir Merrick Cockell as the chair of the Crossrail 2 Growth Commission.

The Commission will bring together the London boroughs, neighbouring county councils and business leaders to look at how Crossrail 2 can support economic growth.
