Smart move for Gavin

Gavin Smart has been appointed as the Chartered Institute of Housing’s (CIH) deputy chief executive.

Gavin Smart has been appointed as the Chartered Institute of Housing's (CIH) deputy chief executive.

He takes over from Jeff James, who is becoming chief executive at The National Archives.
