Smith gets joint council job permanently

Bob Smith has been appointed joint chief executive for Chiltern DC and South Bucks DC, having served as acting boss since June 2015.

Mr Smith said: ‘It's been an honour to serve as acting chief executive for the past 17 months and a privilege to be appointed permanently.
