Prime minister David Cameron has conceded the rising cost of social care is a ‘challenge’ in a speech on his plans for a seven-day NHS.

Prime minister David Cameron has conceded the rising cost of social care is a ‘challenge' in a speech on his plans for a seven-day NHS.

Mr Cameron said the issue was one that was ‘rightly talked about' but his new government has not yet given any indication of how this will be funded.
