Healthcare experts have expressed fears that social care could be one of the real victims of the CSR cutbacks, despite the chancellor's promise of an extra £2bn in funding.

George Osborne announced an extra £1bn in local government funding for social care last week as part of the CSR, and a further £1bn for the NHS to work jointly with councils.
