Social enterprise experts have warned the public still do not understand the concept, after a primary care trust abandoned plans to transfer services over to a community interest company.

NHS Gloucestershire reached an out-of-court agreement last week with local resident, Michael Lloyd, who had launched a judicial review against its plans to move community services over to Gloucestershire Care Services.
