Solace Enterprises, the commercial arm of local authority chief executive society SOLACE, has launched a major restructure of its operation, The MJ has learned. 

Former council chief executive, Kim Ryley, has been brought in as chairman of the board, replacing former chair Rich Benton, while other staff members are under consultation for potential redundancy.
