SOLACE Enterprises has appointed Steve Guest as its new head of executive recruitment and assessment.

A graduate in law, he has been a senior manager in a large district council and then, for the last five years, has worked in executive recruitment for Veredus, recruiting and assessing senior leaders for a range of local authorities and other bodies across the UK.
