Forest Heath DC is to look again at investing almost £15m in a proposed solar farm, despite ruling it out last year.

The local authority decided not to invest £14.4m in the development at Toggam Farm, Lakenheath, after due diligence checks highlighted several risks about whether it could be built in time to qualify for government subsidies.
