Solicitor will deal with topical issues in new council role

South Ayrshire Council’s head of legal and democratic services has been appointed as a council executive director.

South Ayrshire Council's head of legal and democratic services, Valerie Andrews, has been appointed as the council's new executive director for resources, governance and organisation (RGO) after doing the job on an acting basis since June 2013.
