Somerset CC has announced plans to save more than £20m through its 'Change Programme' - a review of council services over the next 18 months.

The plans have received cross-party support and should lead to a fresh approach to the managing, commissioning and delivery of local services in Somerset – while also giving residents more of a say in what services the county should provide.
