Chris Bull has left his joint post as chief executive of Southwark Primary Care Trust (PCT) and the council's strategic director of health and community services, to concentrate on his role as local authority deputy chief executive.

 ‘I am now looking forward to using my experience to help lead improvements across the council,' he said.
