More than two-thirds of social enterprises have been dramatically hit by spending cuts, but most still see the Big Society as an opportunity, according to a new report by Social Enterprise London.

The report, Is social enterprise hiring or firing ?, found that 64% of member organisations had been either noticeably or dramatically impacted by the coalition government's spending plans, with 93% reporting that it was now more difficult to get funding.
