Spending Review 2013: Boost for DfT's capital spending budget

Department for Transport's 9% cut in running costs offset by largest increase in capital spending across Government.

The Department for Transport faces a 9% cut in its day-to-day resource spending for 2015-16 however it will be boosted by the largest increase in capital spending across Government.
