Spending watchdogs have warned of a ‘crisis of confidence' over major suppliers to government not dealing fairly with public sector customers.

The admonition comes following today's publication of two reports from the National Audit Office (NAO) into the commercial arrangements of four contracting giants – Atos, Capita, G4S and Serco.
