We must stamp out insurance fraud

Local authorities can no longer afford to be victims of insurance claim fraud, says John Palmer.

Undetected general insurance claims fraud costs £1.9 billion per annum, according to the Association of British Insurers. John Palmer says some of this is at the expense of local authorities.
