The ~Standards Board for England~ has handed out another apology after admitting mistakes were made during an investigation into the leader of Dartford BC.

Cllr ~Jeremy Kite~ branded the board as a ‘dysfunctional shambles' whose ‘reputation is in freefall and seems blissfully ignorant of the enormous trail of damage it has left behind'.
