The Standards Board's reputation has been called into question again, after a former employee described the management structure as ‘atrocious'.

Following two public apologies by the board concerning recent investigations, a former investigator told The MJ of a catalogue of problems he allegedly witnessed while working there. He claimed the board was ‘always failing' to disclose all information before interviews to witnesses and those involved in investigations.
