No stars for three authorities

The Audit Commission has given no stars to three services at North West Leicestershire DC, Bedfordshire CC and Erewash BC.

The commission said North West Leicestershire DC's housing service, Bedfordshire CC's supporting people programme, and Erewash BC's housing service were all judged to be poor. All three were also given ‘no star' ratings.
