FOOTPRINT+, the UK property event for a zero carbon future, takes place in Brighton in June. Emily Day offers a taster and takes a closer look at the £40m Love Wolverton low-carbon regeneration project in Milton Keynes.

In Feb 2020, FOOTPRINT+ was launched with a simple intention; to connect people working to drive down the carbon emissions from operating, refurbishing and constructing buildings. Buildings account for 40% of total UK emissions, so rapid and effective progress here is vital.

At the heart of the project lies the recognition that to achieve our zero carbon goals in anywhere near the time left available to us, we need to share knowledge and expertise on initiatives of all types of projects.
