Martin Stott, Warwickshire CC's head of environment and resources, is leaving the authority on 30 September.

He joined as deputy director of planning transport and economic strategy in 2004, having previously worked for Oxfordshire CC. He is joining London-based Launchpad as a partner to support local authorities in developing social enterprises and staff mutuals.
