MPs have warned local government is being left ‘totally disengaged' in the creation of sustainability and transformation plans (STPs).

As each of the 44 STP areas prepare to submit their plans to NHS England next month, Labour's shadow health minister, Justin Madders, warned the process had ‘failed to engage with just about every stakeholder imaginable'.
