The Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) has announced a new development strategy.

President Diana Colley said: ‘The strategy recognises the profound challenges which are facing both the accountancy profession and the public services. ‘Far from hiding our heads in the sand we want to be ahead of the game, to set a positive agenda and to ensure that we are well positioned in the brave new world.'
