Local growth minister, Mark Prisk, launched the ‘Town team partners' initiative this week, giving hundreds of communities government support to help revitalise their high streets.

More than 300 towns have been signed up to benefit from a package of support, including an advice line and network of advisers managed by the Association of Town Centre Management, and an online knowledge bank with expert advice.
