It is now over six months since Police & Crime Commissioners (PCCs) were elected to their posts.

Clearly, arrangements so recently and swiftly introduced will take a little longer to be assimilated effectively among local community safety partners, including local government. They represent a big change in local policing, but also in the areas of political representation and accountability.
