Suffolk CC is encouraging people from black and minority ethnic communities to teach in the county's secondary schools.

The council is holding a three-day ‘taster course' in March to attract candidates to help transform the current situation, where only 1% of teachers in the county's maintained schools are from black and minority ethnic communities.
