Social workers at Brighton and Hove City Council have won an award for a project aimed at improving carer support.

The accolade, from government body, Improvement and Efficiency South East, recognised the council's social work team at Royal Sussex County Hospital, where it organised a pilot project, targeting support for carers in times of crisis.
