Westminster City Council has lost a landmark legal challenge at the UK's highest court, with implications for how local authorities resettle homeless families.

The Supreme Court ruled last week in favour of an appeal brought by Titina Nzolameso, a 51-year old single mother of five children with multiple health problems, who was made homeless as a result of the cap on the local housing allowance.
