Surrey is UK's home-worker 'hotspot'

New IT poll rates Surrey leading local authority area for home working.

Surrey has been rated as the leading local authority area for home working, according to a new IT poll.

The Smart Growth Analytics 2012 'home office' survey found that almost 5% of Surrey residents work from home, with 27,000 home offices – compared to the national average of just 5,000 for a local authority area.
