The Scottish finance secretary has announced a local government settlement of more than £34bn.

The Scottish finance secretary has announced a local government settlement of more than £34bn.

Speaking today (8 December) at the Scottish Parliament, John Swinney, said funding would be made available to continue with the Scottish Executive's council tax freeze and maintain police and teacher numbers.
