Martyn Long outlines how the Growing Talent Digital Leeds programme is supporting young people to understand and pursue rewarding jobs, and playing a part in ensuring the city’s long-term success.

From junior assistants starting their careers, to accountants adopting new platforms to deliver work, to web developers immersed in all things tech, digital is increasingly prominent in today's career paths.
